Ben Mounsey-Heysham
Ben spent 7 years as an investment analyst and fund manager at Waverton Investment Management. He was responsible for analysing and investing in small and mid-cap businesses across a range of sectors and industries. He managed a £200m portfolio of global equities. Starting Hive enables him to get closer to the coal face of running a small business; he loves rolling his sleeves up and getting involved with every aspect of a company.

Edmund Bacon
Edmund trained as a Chartered Accountant at Smith and Williamson before working at a Laxfield Capital, a property debt fund. At Smith & Williamson Edmund worked with a number of small business owners in all sectors, helping with their finance and strategy. He started Hive to unearth fascinating small businesses to invest in, help and grow.
