Acquired in 2021. Andersons Waste Management is a liquid waste haulage and treatment company based in Bristol. With our new fleet of tankers, Andersons will transport any liquid waste in the South West from sewage to leachate and food washings.

It is early days in our ownership of Andersons and we retain a great relationship with the previous owners, who still work in the business.

A Better Service is a wastewater specialist based in Reading. Founded in 1989, it has built up a strong reputation for providing reliable wastewater and environmental services in the South of the UK.

The business was acquired in 2024 and now forms a part of the CleanStream Group - set up to specialise in secure, sustainable, and compliant liquid waste drainage and wastewater treatment for domestic and commercial customers across the UK. The Group includes ABS and Andersons and is on a mission to clean up Britain’s watercourses one day at a time.

Acquired in 2017, Just Loos is a provider of luxury loos and showers for events. We build all our trailers and pods in house and rent them to events such as RHS Chelsea and Goodwood Festival of Speed.

Since the acquisition we grew the fleet and revenues alongside investing in improving the systems and logistics. We retained the original team and helped build a management team to effectively run operations. We exited the business in 2023 to a great buyer who has continued on our theme of investment, improvement and consolidation.
